Bioware used to have a page that you could get the free DLC keys but since that was a part of the old site that got hijacked by losers -- it hasn't been back ever since.
Bioware needs to address this issue because having to go through the trouble with EA support chat just to get the dlc key is NO FUN.
(why the hell does a free dlc need a key is beyond me)

If you want to connect to EA, go to EA Help. This forum is for members to discuss SITE problems with this site. There was an ME-1 tech discussion forum that has many helps still archived, but it's inactive now, locked against new posts. Social was NEVER intended as a conduit through which normal contact with anyone at Bioware other than Chris Priestly was anticipated.
