I don't understand the problem with it, it loads perfectly fine some days, then refuses to load others? It can't be a a problem with the installation, or else we'd encounter the problem much more often,...

Not loaded here yet (not been on that long and Origin is only running when I'm playing ME3 anyway) but they've all vanished from the N7HQ too.

Same here. It worked ealier today (e.g. 6 hours ago) but now it's taking forever. What a piece of crap.

This apparently an Origin glitch related to port forwarding on your router. I haven't been able to fix it for myself personally, and it means I can't host or get hosted by a bunch of people on my friendslist:crying:

That's a common known issue, you can either try to find a third guy in whose game you both can join, or, which is a bit long-winded, create a game like "Condor-Platinum-Collectors" , and let your friend search for these exact options.
This worked for me several times in the past, but there is no guarantee  

Though I don't know a "real" solution.

OT:
My friend list is loading after about 5min, it's not that bad. (compared to 3h )

Most routers will have port forwarding enabled, I know certainly for British internet companies, routers will almost always be pre-configured so that any port requested can be used.

Not sure about other companies though.
