My character portraits wont upload to the site. My gear  and stuff uploads just fine, but the pictures are just blank spaces.

In my "Profile Diagnostics" section, each of my characters have these errors:

1004 - No story xml file uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1002 - No avatar image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

1003 - No portrait image uploaded from the game to the on-line storage server.

And whenever I load a character on the xbox 360 I get a message saying "You have timed out while attempting to access your online profile storage."

Any solutions to fix this?

I am having the same problem... Did you find a solution? I have tried deleting the character info on the site. When it re-uploads, same results. My other character works fine, though...

several threads on this already, many of us have problems with the avatar and portrait not uploading, but the story xml is new to me.



im going to try a few things when i get home from work that i think might help with the avatar/portrait issue.
