Yesterday: 2 million - ****load of cryo and distruptor IV ammo, with some occasional drop of medi-gel and actually got lucky with a few shotgun rail aimp III's. Oh and I got two female adepts. 

ps: 7 black cards to go and I'm done with my manifest, but they're stuck in another dimension for me.

TL;DR: It doesn't matter what you want, RNG will give everything else first to troll you.

I haven't seen one in months, literally.

3 of my six classes have the "too many points to spend" glitch so I can't play those new characters without fear of getting banned. I'm almost desperate enough to promote at this point.

Why are these things so hard to get? Especially while there is a known glitch for which they are the simplest antidote?

Oh well, there is so much else that I love about the game that I really shouldn't complain...

He doesn´t but forums got an afinity to draw whiners attention. Just regular. Missing some silvercards and didnt get one within the last 20kk credits spending on SP and VP. Just happens.

I agree 100% but...   how does it know?! 

My theory is, that bastard RNG observes what you like to use the most. That's why I keep getting Crusader, Eagle and Valiant upgrades and my Hurricane is stuck at III. And that's why the Harrier was the last UR to max out, besides the CSMG. And the Black Widow was the first UR I got maxed out. I never snipe. I suck at sniping, I couldn't hit a semi-truck from 20 yards. 
Son of **** RNG just knows.

I have had the best luck with Veteran Packs. Give them a try next time.

Personally, I don't like being forced to promote, or perhaps I don't like randomlly being forced to do anything that isn't forced on everyone. I don't expect my likes/dislikes to rate on anybody else's list of concerns though, so yeah, tough luck is right

Has it ever been discussed that there seem to be sub-tiers within the rarity categories? In other words individual items have their own, unique % chance, as apposed to what seems to be the concesus that all UR have the same X% chance, all rares have Y% etc.

I had the same experience re: BW, Harrier (Maxed my BW before even unlocking Harrier in my case) and seems to be the same among many that have posted in other threads

Or does everyone already believe/realize that it's the case & I'm just waking up?

Yeah, the other day I had to spend at least 2 million in Spectre packs just to get 3 respec cards. So much for having a maxed manifest :/ RNG sill hates me.

Assault rifle amp 3's are way more rare than blacklisted weapons. I maxed out my consumables then went ahead and spent 7 mil on SP, got 11 of them (my manifest is long since maxed out)

The store trolls us all. I spent 3.1 million once and got nothing but ammo IVs, and my manifest isn't even close to being maxed.
