This can easily be fixed - instead of trying clumsily to escape, she should quickscope you as usual at melee range. There, problem solved.

she does do this. but she needs a stagger to run away or to elbow you, making you proceed with caution when fighting a nemesis up close.

nemesis will move up in the ranks and replace a phantom or a dragoon. phantom nerf and/or dragoon nerf. one less of them to worry about.

I would take a phantom nerf over a dragoon nerf. Dragoons are only terribly problematic if you are a caster. It's the fact that they force you to expose yourself to the three-shot from the phantom hiding in the cloud of smoke. Better nemesis, crappier dragoon.

they just get in the way. they dont give Turians sexual arousal nor are they disgusted by them. "funny bumps" just get in the way when dancing with a turian.

If the Nemesis' jubblies jiggled around like they belonged to Gianna Michaels or Carmella Bing I'm pretty sure every enemy would either be hypnotized or atleast perplexed.

She and the phantom need a combo attack. They pair up and merge.....and become an extremely fast phantom whose shots have the same power as charged nemesis shots. And their boob size is also doubled, as well as the height of their heels (I never understood that. Mount heels on battle armor? How impractical is that?)

Now wouldn't that be a shock for all the people who don't read the balance change notes. 

I like the flashbang idea, with a slight nerf to Phantoms.  Other than that, I say leave the Nemesis alone.  They hit hard enough as it is, and they are a pain to kill at range.  Getting my shields dropped by an unnoticed Nemesis has caused me enough trouble that I have learned to respect them.

a Nemesis has nothing on a Banshee, the Banshee is real flesh and cybernetics. you cant argue that a Nemesis is distracting while a Banshee is naked.
