yea 4 phantoms spawning is rediculous. i say everything should be limited to two if its powerful, 3 for a shielded trooper. 4 for regular troopers.

They are support, as some people said earlier, so they don't need a buff. Plus, on platinum, 3 nemesis' firing at once can straight kill you.
