I think they're fine as they are, but if they were to get buffed in terms of damage and such then they would have to reduce the number of them that spawn and possibly re-work Phantoms. As of right now the Phantom is everything the Nemesis wishes she could be.
Shes a sniper. There isn't any reason for her to be efficent at both long and short range, she needs to have a weakness of some sort.
phantoms are more agressive, nemesis camp and stay in cover most of the time, and sometimes they get in a lucky shot. they cant be compared to any other unit because they arent noticable. what if a nemesis took the place of a phantom? good thing? nemesis buff, phantom numbers nerf.IC-07 wrote...

When I played the Multiplayer Demo those months ago, I thought that she should have something that disrupts your abilities and vision temporarily if you go near her. So you can not just walk up to her and watch her just try to get away from you.

So Beautiful, yet so fragile. so..underpowered. The Nemesis deserves to be agressive for being soooooo cute.
what she needs:
-DoT Disruptor effect with her Raptor.(prevents shield regen)
-Assassination cooldown being decreased
-Raptor being fire more often non charged
-Elbow of Doom
- Flashbang Grenade, if your being too agressive with her up close. giving her a chance to sprint away while you're disoriented. or set up for an Elbow of Doom, followed by a no scope..downing you...followed by a stomp.
- Tactical Cloak, to try an be hidden when shes taking too much damage. will also flashbang/smoke so you cant pinpoint where she went.
-Letting her stomp a player she downed thats nearby, 5 meters. she deserves to confirm execution.
I "DARE" you to give me reasons why she shouldnt be buffed.
(rainbow dash is FTL, faster than light..ning.)
