That two minute pause when talking to an unromanced Cortez on the Citadel (ship-watching). Clearly there's dialogue here, most likely for a romanced Cortez, but if you're femshep or unromanced broshep, it just feels downright awkward.

 The auto replies in ME3 when your squad has nothing else to say. Ex: 'not now' or 'later'. Such little respect for their XO or in some cases LI...like how bout goodbye?

In ME2 you get boob cam on Kasumi's loyalty mission when she talks about how you look. Don't think this was intentional (probably used the same shot for broshep) but still definitely awwkk-ward:o!

Any time someone goes into a vacuum with just a little mask over their eyes and mouth. Every time I can I take Tali and Garrus on such missions just because Tali always has a helmet and Garrus is about the only sensible squadmate (or perhaps that's an excuse because I take them on every mission - now I think of it Grunt might get a helmet too).

Someone mentioned Shepard touching people earlier? That usually looks really bad. Going the other way around it looked so contrived when Sha'ira did it too - step forward, hug, step back, tell Shepard to sod off.

Not to mention the lines Aria said were horrible, (no, not the VA. But the actual lines).
But then she goes around all over the place like she's auditioning to become an acrobat for a goddamn circus.

For me, the most awkward moment was when Fem Shep talks to Jacob in that terrible tone. I had to turn the sound off.

A moment when I yelled at the tv was when Shep agreed that Saran had attacked eden prime because he hated earth when Shep had just said a few minuets ago that Saran did not attack Eden Prim because he hated Earth.

And starkid but that was more than just awkward.

There were a couple of other spots but these ones that will stay in mind forever.

This. But it was a bit different. I pushed him from the platform, he fell about 100m down, for some reason he survived and started doing his all day long scream. Had to reset entire mission, cause i accidentaly pressed F5 after he fell down and i wanted to punch myself.
