Taking a shower in your underwear. The scene wouldn't have being awkward if Traynor was Naked, It would have being natural and made sense. Madison Paige/Ethan Mars can shower like normal human beings so why not Traynor.

I feel like anytime Shepard tries to compare what he's been through with other people, he just comes off sounding like an ignorant moron. Two examples off the top of my head are when Shepard compares the genophage to the First Contact War...easily one of the biggest face palm worthy moments in the entire series. And then during the Jack romance Shepard repeatedly insinsts he's been through just as much as she has.

I think that was the most awkward scene in the entire ME3. It beats even " STEEEEEEVE! "

Right before the ME1 credits, where Shepard does that 'cool pose' in front of some stars. What is that? A window behind him/her? A postcard of them? One of those backgrounds you can pose for photos in front of.

In ME2 you get boob cam on Kasumi's loyalty mission when she talks about how you look. Don't think this was intentional (probably used the same shot for broshep) but still definitely awwkk-ward:o!

the fight scene between thane and kai leng. there is a moment showing shepard with there back turned look at an ad on the wall. it happened so fast i replay the mission to make sure i wasn't seeing thing.

Maybe it's not that awkward, but "the Reapers" repeated over and over and over again... well, apparently never over enough. Finally, it got quite annoying to me.

Like, there are synonyms, e.g. the enemy, the old machines, invaders, aggressors, occupants, even "bandits" in proper context. They could come up with others as well, like "Harbinger's forces", "Nazara-race" (geth could use this one).

Also, there are pronouns. Since in most cases we know what we're fighting, simple "they're concentrating fire on the ground forces" would be enough.

Instead, we hear "the Reapers this, the Reapers that, the Reapers everything" through all three games. I wonder how many sentences in the game don't have "the Reapers" phrase included.

Prolly when Jacob says that his girlfriend wants to name their baby after Shepard if she scrogged him in ME2.

CREEPER WALLS! God, I hate that glitch in ME3! You duck down near a wall, and then you can never get back up. EVER! Then you role away and your character slides back to the same wall in the same position. Stupid magnets.
And then the weird eye movement (Shepard looking one direction and the eyes role back into the skull).
Femshep walking. I know, it seems trivial, but females naturally walks differently than males... It's the hips.
Then auto-dialogue that made even the Paragon Shepards sound like a**holes.
Oh, and if you skip certain dialogues with the Illusive man in ME2, Shepard turns into a chair!
Finally, the Mako (Best and worst invention EVER!!!!!)

I have more if awkward moment while playing the game but Jacob in Huerta hospital and Steve!!!!!!! in ME3 were really awkward.

My mum walked in me when I was in the middle of the sex scene with Ashley in me3, but to make it worse. My girlfriend then walks in, "oh it's Ashley, wish that hottie was in my bed."
My mum looks horrified and she's calls it porn and starts lecturing me and my girlfriend is laughing her ass off outside the room.

forget to mention its like 40+ degrees/Celsius in Australia so I'm shirtless and in boxer shorts. She's thinks I'm mas***bating when I'm not, I was sweaty from the heat. It was horrible, I die every summer.

The "STEEEEVE" line? My last playthrough glitched that to be much better. I saw him fly and crash, and the very next words were an immediate "I'm alright", completely skipping the narmy part of Shepard yelling his name. It was just a crash and then Steve saying he's okay, no freakout on Shepard's part. It was less funny, but it made the scene a lot more easy to take seriously. If my game wants that to do that glitch on future playthroughs, I'm happy with that.
