My only method of attack with the broguard is Charge, Pawnch, double-Raider headshot. If my target isn't dead, move back to a safe distance and do it again. as my cooldown should be reset by that point.

I always spam powers with my vanilla adept and N7 Paladin in a pattern that assures I get explosions almost every time (sadly Shockwave can't set up combos)

Batarian Sentinel is my favorite class in the game.

Same, BatSent without shockwave and a Raider just feels so canon and right and makes me feel like a CQC space pirate.

Compulsive reviving. No matter how bad of an idea it is to try to get someone up I can't help myself. I'll be halfway across the map to them before I stop and ask myself if it's a good idea.

For me, I feel the need to make all the characters in a class have a same appearance. Like all my adepts have the same blue/yellow/purple color scheme. I like to think of it as the uniform for my adept squad.

What's that one wierd thing you do?

Pretty much the same. I use a red on whte color scheme for most characters, gives them a medical badass look.

Also I like to spam the dodge button between waves.

Also if a game is going good sometimes I find myself watching the action instead of actually shooting anything...

Like you, OP, my classes have specific colour schemes, though they're not all set the same. Adepts must have blue, Soldiers must be red, and so on.

Manic reloading. Also, I use left shift for running, dodging and sliding, but E for interacting and taking cover; couldn't be bothered to unlearn it from Me1 through Me2.

just started noticing i did this a week ago.^
at the start of the match (or even each wave sometimes):
two quick side dodge manuevers.
just gets me into the feel of the character i guess. and for characters without evasive moves, well it can get pretty awkward...

Not using the same weapon on more than 3 characters.

It's a rule I imposed myself to ensure enough variety as well as force myself to come up with ways of making less than ideal weapons work on some builds.

It's a rule that has given me tons of headaches though, especially when I'm like "gah, X weapon is perfect for this character but it's already taken! D: "

I do that too. No idea why, and my teammates probably think I look like an idiot. I blame Batarians with their increased ammo.

I also never have two characters with the same "primary" weapon. Sidearms can be shared though.

Every character name is a joke or a reference to something.

I also try to do unique colors as much as I can.

for example I have Stella named Thane and Feron.       Thane wasn't always waiting in the Hospital for Shepard.  And Feton wa busy fighting in the terminus as the brokers agent his extractions provide intel for the Normandy.

It's a good thing you're only pretending to be Thane, and not actually playing as Thane. You'd get so many angry messages from people carrying your sorry backside because your character sucks so much he somehow has a negative multiplier to weapon damage.
