Here's a non douchebag answer for you.

It looks as if when the challenge was completed, Bioware removed the challenge from the list in the challenge menu.

Meaning that, if you change your banner, you won't be able to change it back to Hero of the Last Days. Or, if the game glitches you to where you have no banner selected, you will be faced with the same issue.

Since Bioware is on vacation, don't expect a fix anytime in the next couple of weeks.

There'll never be vehicles in ME3 MP. They'd feel totally out of place and would destroy the entire game mechanics.

Thank you @Zezer1 I think it may have glitched, @DragonRacer it's missing from my challenge rewards area completely. I still have the Halloween and N7 day one present, but not this last one.

Is there any chance this Op will run again? It's just that some people had to travel down to family in the period just before Christmas. In my case, I found myself with no Internet for the period as my stepdaughter and husband had just moved, so my ME3 plans were spoiled
