How does one get the Cerberus Harrier assault rifle in multiplayer?

I have it in single player and I see some squad members have it in multiplayer but I never get past the 8 choices for assault rifles that I started with, even though I've played the single player at least 6 times and the multiplayer for over a year.

If anyone can help me please contact me through my email listed below. It's much faster than trying to gothrough this forum.

Its an Ultra Rare drop from either Spectre, Premium Spectre, Arsenal or Reserve packs.  And you get it by having good luck :/.  So good luck to you and I hope it drops for you!
