IMO, MotA makes most sense in act 3. Legacy has more leeway (although it can be tricky at low levels). The dialogues in both differ depending on when you do them.

same here, I usually play Legacy in act 2 and MotA in Act 3

I still suggest that people do Legacy in Act I at least one time.
