RtO won't be released some time due to a bug, and Awakening so far is a disc that you buy at a store, kind of like a DA II. Although in time, as in a lot of time, you would probably be able to download awakening on XBL

RTO might be released soon because on xbox they added a new secret achievement. Also in the IGN interview they said you will be able to download Awakening if you don't want to buy a retail disc.

isnt it similar to Shivering isles of Oblivion? reletively the game size and price?
