I am on PC, but I think it's the same. It shouldn't matter when you install it.

Awakening is a separate adventure where you can import your character from Origins. It does add some new abilities to your characters, but those new abilities can't be unlocked before you actually start Awakening. So there's not really anything from Awakening you can use in your Origins playthrough.

I see no reason not to install it though if you have it.

Thanks a lot!!! :D I was afraid I had to start over again or that I wouldn't be able to install it halfway through the game. Since I bought the ultimate edition I wasn't sure what to do first.

While you won't want Awakening until you have finished there are other "dlc"s you will want to install to access before finishing origin (doesn't matter if you install them mid-game but the sooner the better) - Stone Prisoner, Return to Ostagar, Warden's Peak (and maybe Feastday gifts and pranks).

other dlcs are separate from Origins
the warden's story goes from Origins to Awakening to Golems of Amgarrak to Witch Hunt in that sequence.
The other 2 can be played at any time

Darkspawn chronicles is an alternative version of the end to origins (without the warden)
Leliana's song is a flashback of events before origins
