I'd like that too.

Time isn't really an issue since there will be no new balance changes, DLC or anything that will interfere with the tournament for a few weeks. The bigger this thing is, the better.

i dont know if they joking, but the more i read from posters how they pretty much conceding to jay/tron and ashen/cold is making me want to join just so i can play against them....i dont play for score, but i think that would be fun to go against them....glad you're extending the deadline, gives me more time to think about signing up....and about who i would run with....

A lot of cheating can be done as there are quite a few BSN regulars talented with photoshop.
I am still in favor of the teams playing in the same game so there is no cheating.

Not to mention people could even missile glitch high enough to make it look legit.
Way too many variables with just screenshot proof with seperate games for team vs.

It also doesn't meansure much in terms of a challenge and is more based on rng luck than team vs.
Please rethink the rules.

I don't really see teams like Ashen and Cold having any advantage then. Seems like this is more about extending the game and getting as many medals as possible rather than competing against each other. 

Somebody beating Jay and Stentron seems a lot more plausible Jay and Stentron aren't in the game.

Its about knowing spawns and game mechanics and yes skill. Since ppl are going for the kills so hard many teams will be reckless. You are going up agaisnt them inderectly

If I lose I would like to know why and how I lost.

4p 2 v 2 games with double elimination is my suggestion.
Teams should also be able to decide amongst themselves if it will be done in plat or gold for the sake of those teams who know eachother and know what to expect in gold.

Plus going muliple times for the sake of getting good objectives is stupid, just do double elimination.

Cross platform can still run the original rules though but for same consoles I would prefer double elim. 4p games.
It just feels more competitive when I am playing with the people I am trying to beat.

Also with all playing in the same game, like I said before. It will go to who ever controls or is closest to the spawn points first. I mean I am down for whatever but in the same game everyone will be running over each other for the kills. Like if they see the other team close to the spawn they could fire off a rocket to nuke the spawn and keep them from getting anything. Just a thought.

Yeah, I feel that as a community challenge, it'll be more accessible if you don't have high-tension competition inside of a match. With both teams running their own matches to get their high score, it'll be a lot more fun for both sides. Personally, I'd like to see a Round Robin variant of this done in the future. Allows for more fun with more matches to be had amongst all the teams, and then the hardcore groups who win go on to the finals.

In addition, I feel that the effect of this kind of event will weaken if we can't pull it off with only an honor code in place.
