Not sure if someone mentioned this or not since I'm to lazy to read 20+ pages but wouldn't this only work with Reapers or maybe Cerberus? When it comes to Geth or Collectors, you could just keep a Prime or a few Captains alive and just farm points from Drones / Seeker Swarms / Geth Turrets for hours on end. I've seen objective waves hit a point cap before where it stopped giving points but I've never seen it in non-objective waves and I farmed from a Prime for quite some time once. I didn't list Cerberus cause I'm not sure if Engineers can infinitely spawn turrets. Also, sorry if this has already been addressed or if I'm 100% wrong about there not being a point cap , way to lazy to read 20+ pages, just figured I'd bring it up incase it was over looked.

Not that I have the patience for that, but some folks will do anything to win.

I'm just hoping for a good showing.

Drones/Swamers are only worth I believe 40 points on Platinum. I think someone playing for hours will be pretty obvious. The average game is only going to take 30-40 mins with 2 people stretching out the objective waves...I think games will be shorter to be honest.

Why not put a time limit on the game? Maybe a conservative time to allow a little strategy but not to reward someone that outsmarts the system.

I think your under estimating human greed. People sit in that box on Rio for hours on end and others risk getting banned by missle glitching just for virtual currency. Think they won't do even more for real life currency?

I just thought I'd bring it up so maybe you could implement a safe guard to avoid this, like match must be under an hour and 20 minutes and time must be included in pic or something to that extent, or just make the whole contest Reaper matches. Cause if I thought of it, gauranteed about a dozen other people thought of it too before I even posted this message but just kept their mouths shut cause they thought they'd get away with it.
