The other problem with duo's is the second poster has the upper hand. As they wont post their score until they beat the person who posted first.

Having everyone in the same lobby solves this problem. I did some research thats the main reason redjohns arena thing didnt go so well, to easy to lie.

To stop this, you could simply have both teams send you the final scoreboard.  Then, once both teams have sent them, you could post them for everyone to see.  That way, neither team sees the other teams score to beat.

EDIT:  If Reizo Ryuu is the only PC player so far, I could join to be on his team.  I thought this would be fun, the only problem being finding time to play, since lately I've been pretty busy.  If so, I think this would be a good way to help me get better at this game.  :D

That would be acceptable. Is there a way to PM a pic or video though? if not I could give my email and do it that way.

But thats a pretty good idea.

Specify an exact time when scores will be submitted, and anyone not submitting a score within that timeframe (say, 10 minutes as the average gold/plat takes longer than that) will be disqualified.

That also gives all of the teams time to play and then post their best score.

Edit: 'd

And even if you can't embed images in private messages, they could just be uploaded to an image sharing site like imgur

That also gives all of the teams time to play and then post their best score. If you're really concerned about cheating/lying and people waiting to see what other people post first, then someone could make an invite only group that is unviewable to the public where results are posted. At the end of each round a member from each team joins the group, posts their score and then leaves the group within the timeframe I mentioned earlier.

Then you update this thread with the images and declare the winner of the round.

What do you think about mandolorians idea just emailing or pming me the results.

Cool. This should be lots of fun. :D

I don't have experience with PM's on this forum, but if you can't embed images, they can follow Ashen's suggestion and just upload to an external site and send you a link.

On the subject of cheating, it's incredibly easy to doctor a screenshot taken with FRAPS.

So what's to stop any PC gamer with FRAPS or any console player with a capture card from falsifying a screenshot like I just falsified this one?

This is very true.  Hopefully everyone joining this will be honest, but this kind of cheating is something that must be considered.

EDIT:  It could potentially be stopped by requiring a recorded video of the game in question, but I'm going to assume that not everyone here will be able to record their games.  Unless they've been playing with their partner for a long time and have some good videos from the past, this might be pretty hard to falsify.

When has dignity ever existed on BSN

I'm looking forward to seeing if anyone can come up with an idea to prevent that (besides the obvious all players take a literal screenshot with a camera because they're a lot harder to doctor) because making that fake screenshot took no time at all.

I think it might be possible to have people record their extraction wave. If they don't have FRAPS/game capture hardware, they could use a camera or their phone. This could be used to simply show that they extracted and allow us to see the completion time before the scoreboard.

This actually sounds a little fun, unfortunately I won't be home until mid-January. And home is where my Xbox is.

I was just planning on doing my screenshot with my phone. Unless whoever I get partnered with has video capture stuff.
