I think I might agree with this. I mean, 2-3 weeks isn't enough to play a single game with one other person? If people are just trying to top their own scores until the other team posts theirs, then this is stupid. I'd think that the smart tactic would be to post a score ASAP on a Monday morning, giving the other team limited time to top it. This whole multiple weeks thing is silly.

EDIT: That said, I'm glad those who are participating are doing their best to make an exciting competition for myself and others, and the work that cory & others have put towards this community-made event.

Id agree with this as well except I didnt see a timeline. I know were one of the late groups and apologies but can we start having time lines for the next round please? I will make sure our team is on time for that but it needs to start so that no one gets side tracked including our team. 

no biggie my man, I just expected the whole thing to go a bit quicker, that's all. I have the bracket dealy bookmarked so I check it about every other day and it began to be depressing to see nothing for a couple weeks. With something this cool/neat/exciting, it sucks when momentum is lost.

But hey, like I said, no biggie, life happens. The participants can see that observers/former competitors would love to see the action ASAP, so i'm glad it got mentioned, but don't feel like you owe us anything, either. Sometimes, like you said, scheduling conflicts happen.

Thanks for understanding at least and promising to try to compete quickly though. I'm sure others appreciate it as well.

Oh I know you meant well. Im just also saying that its true. We should have some time limits. I am actually submitting my score now as Caineghis and I just cant seem to get our schedules in sync to make it better. We wanted to do better but we will have to settle for the last game we played. Hopefully it doesnt take us out of the event. Fallen I am sending it to you now for Team Prophecy.

Agreed. That was our strategy. When we felt we hit the best we could do and were happy with our score, we submitted late Saturday night (what feels like years ago now...) to put the 48-hour timeclock on our opponent, to try and make them feel under the gun to get a score right now... hoping they'd maybe end up having to submit a score they settled on out of desperation.

Granted, that backfired. BUT it was still a close race. First finished match of Round 2. And weeks later, Round 2 is still not over...

I knew that he was moving, we just didn't get a score we were happy with before hand, and then my two best  replacements hadn't been on in about 3 days. c'est la vie.

What about TMB903? I remember you being in his room once when I was there, months ago... but wasn't sure if it was because he invited you or you happened to drop in as a PUG to fill out the room.

If he's on your friends list, message him. He took a break for a while because the freezing issue was hitting him hard, but he's back again. Ran with him for several hours yesterday afternoon/evening. Claims he's rusty, but he seemed like the same 'ol curb-stomping TMB I know and love!

Well with Cory AWOL I figure I would update everyone on the tourney.

Team Missile Glitchers were banned by bioware for in fact "missile glitching" the drive to win at all cost was to strong.

Team Prophecy have forfeited their way to the finals. It was a bold choice to take but after it worked in their round one no match up they decided to continue with this unorthodox strategy.

Team Second Place were placed in the very only bracket and only have to face a opponent after one is standing from the rest of the field.

Team Heretics were thrown out of the tournament for being hypocrites, They complained about hidden scores and then decided to hide there score.

Team Tron cruised into the finals with each opponent refusing to submit a score not wanting submit a score to be laughed at in comparison.

Team Hazard didn't submit a score because one half of the team was to busy posting troll threads and getting them locked.

So the finals for the arena bracket is

Team Prophecy VS Team Tron 

The winner to face of with Team Second Place in the newly made Spectre X Bracket but thats only after the trons have been auditoned and given the Spectre X stamp of approval.
