I have a vanilla ME3 with all of the DLC through EA/Origin.

Does anyone know if I can obtain a N7 Collector Edition of this game and add the additional promotional content (weapons/alternate outfits/robodog) and keep the same game core with the previous authorized DLC?  i don't want to get the N7 version if I end up without any of the DLC linked to the N7 game.

I really am looking to outfit Liara in the black/red outfit with the head piece, which is a bonus outfit with this version.

Search for Mass Effect 3 Digital Deluxe Edition Upgrade on Origin.

No, you can't get the squadmate outfits without the DLC, as far as I know, which requires you to buy the Collector/Digital Deluxe versions, but you can use Gibbed's or coalseced editing to add the weapons and the N7 Hoodie.

I assume so. I ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 when I already had the regular edition with all the DLC, and it simply added the additional DLC to my account.

Thanks for the replies. You were correct about the download. I just purchased the N7 Digital download and it installed the additional weapons and outfits onto my previous 'vanilla' ME3 game without any other changes/deletions, including all previous DLC.

Now Liara is 'pretty in pink (and blue).
