Is there a way to get the collector armor and rifle through the Mass Effect Trilogy? (PC). There's not even an option to purchase it as DLC. Is it in the game already?

Sorry, the only way to have the Collector Armor and Rifle is through DLC.

Which DLC is it in? I looked through all the available DLC for ME2, and I can't find it.

In ME2, it's in the Recon Operations Pack, only available for the PS3. Sorry.

In ME3, I seem to recall you can buy the Collector Armor in ME3 via a store inside the game. This only occurs when you gain access to all parts of the Citadel (you can also buy it in the Normandy shuttle bay). Not the Rifle, though. I think the Rifle is only available through Multiplayer. It's a bit pricey, though. It'll cost you about 50,000 Credits (55,000 credits if you buy it on the Normandy).

ah ok. bummer. Odd that there's no way to get it on PC for ME2. Oh well. There's other armor that's just as good.

One of a number of DLC items that newer PC players can't get hold of. I'd never advocate or resort to piracy but this is why it happens.

Odd thing is that on the Steam Digital Deluxe Edition of ME2, it includes the Collector's Armor and Weapon, but it's absent from the ME Trilogy...

Stand corrected. I'd forgotten that it was in the DDE. I thought about buying that for those plus whatever other in game items come with it but wasn't interested in the music and comic book and any other non-game stuff. Would still pay for it now as DLC along with the Blackstar, Sentry Interface etc, though BioWare/EA don't seem interested in putting it up there.
