Has anybody had success in taking the outfits/armors of other squadmates or NPC's and using them as casual outfits or armor for Shepard? I am referring to characters like James, Dr. Eva, Kai Leng etc. I haven't seen much info regarding taking their models and using them for outfits. I do recall problems being encountered with Ashley/TIM's outfits, due to a transparent space  normally occupied by their face models.

 I tried this blog but never had any luck. 

I think the ME3explorer tool can swap around NPC bodies/armor. Might be able to do the same to Shepard.

Thanks for the link. It seems other people have had trouble with the game crashing and whatnot, but it's a start.
