Does any monster in SoZ drop Glowing Power Essence?
I need one to create a weapon. While I got some Radiant Power Essences, I cannot split them into Glowing as there is no Mortar and Pestle in this campaign.

You probably have to console yourself with a cheat code...

Thanks. But if I use cheat codes, I can simply give the essence, or even any weapon I like, to my PC. Before using console, I rather want to know if that is available without cheating.

I suppose if you want to limit yourself to the non-console exploit for some reason, your best bet is the lower-level elementals back in Samargol. I really don't remember if they're any help.
