I have just finished ostagar, and the Korcari Wilds are now inaccessable. Will they remain that way or will I be able to go back and finish quests

They are now off-limits. As you aren't too far in, I'd just start over and get all things done before going through with the final events at Ostagar.

Yes, if you had any quests in the Korcari Wilds, you should reload a save from before you go leave the Wilds and return to Ostagar (well, that's if you have a save in the Korcari Wilds - had to tell my dad to watch out for that too, heh).
