I never let the "battletits" onto my ship.
Which for some bizarre reason means Zaeed's old room remains forever locked throughout the game, so I can't pass the time ejecting garbage into space.

You know, you can actually pull off a clean sweep of killing all the improperly-dressed women in ME3:
- don't let Diana Allers onto the ship (she'll apparently go on another ship that gets blown up)
- shoot Ashley on the Citadel
- refuse Miranda Alliance resources (Kai Leng will kill her)
- let Samara blow her head off
- pick Destroy (killing EDI)
I did it with my Renegade FemShep. It was good times.

That's the other reason I don't like her. Emily Wong or even Kalisa would have much more interesting.

I think it would have served the ME3 narrative well to reach back to ME1 and use either Emily Wong or Khalisah al-Jilani; introducing a new 'reporter' character didn't advance the plot (or rather contribute that much). She just didn't have anything new to add. Al-Jilani possibly joining the Normandy crew after her meeting with Shepard in the Embassy area would have seemed natural and showed a considerable character evolution.

She serves no purpose, isn't particularly entertaining and doesn't flow with the rest of the cast. That's all. I'm replaying ME2 right now and suddenly remember why I obsessively visit that room on the Normandy.

Perhaps it's because in order to pander to IGN and bring in Battletits, Emily's character was killed off in twitter.
