Important to know where to use your armor penetrating powers.

As far as I know, it is not possible in-game. But looking at the enemies armor type it can be easily estimated. Bosses, elite bosses naturally have more armor rating. An armor penetration value in the twenties is probably more than enough for the foes encountered in origins.

Is it possible out-game? Alas, this wiki for instance has limited info on the enemy types.

The armor ratings may be viewable in the toolset, but I'm not sure how.
