There was an old topic with scirpt sample that was not working for me I decided to post what I am using

General information:
The script will be togglable with caps lock key - if your caps lock key is on and you press and hold left mouse button, it will simulate the mouse clicking.  Turn caps lock off and mouse will behave normaly.

What you need:
* download program from: http://www.autohotkey.com/
* use script provided bellow

The script:

#NoEnv
#Warn
#NoEnv #Warn SendMode Input SetWorkingDir %A_ScriptDir%
~LButton::
while (GetKeyState("LButton","P") and getkeystate("capslock", "T"))
{
    MouseClick , Left, , , 1, , D
    Sleep 10
    MouseClick , Left, , , 1, , U
    Sleep 10
}
return
Enjoy your harrier lite I mean mattock, have some fun with raptor, phalanx and predator :wizard:

edit: formating

I have a Razer Deathadder so I can do that without downloading another program. I do hope that it helps others though.

Question, are AutoHotKey scripts allowed? I know some games only allow mouse macros, while others don't care either way.

All you need is the Synapse program, and you can set some macros up.

You are truly a god among men.

I wanted a rapid-fire for ages, but all I could find where either (a) all rapid fire all the time, good luck using your computer, or (2) required gaming mice I do not have (though mine does have 'programmable' buttons on it, you can only 'programme' it to preset commands, which sucks completely).

My gratitude is immense, and your thread is bookmarked.

Thanks a lot, I will really enjoy using this. It feels like I got a new weapons dlc today. Some of the finger breaking weapons will get some long overdue use now.

Synapse is the worst thing Razer has ever created. I wouldn't put my trust in that. In my experience all it does it cause BSoDs and disable my mouse. And never actuallt pops up its main window. Horrible program.

Thanks for the script, OP this really good for someone who like mattoc (like me)!

Thank you, op.

The toggle with capslock is an improvement over what I was using.

Are clicking macros allowed then? They're not considered cheating?

Don't forget about the Arc Pistol either, OP. Personally I have an oscar x7 gaming mouse, so I won't be needing this, but this is great for people who don't have a mouse that has its own built in macro capability.

Well arc pistol charge has nice dmg so I guess it's up to individual to use it by spamming shots or charged headshots

I set my macro up so that way when I use the scroll wheel, I fire my gun. Very easy to control, very comfortable. I just scroll the wheel and every little click is a shot. The predator became a good gun

Since the scroll wheel is only used to change your gun (i use X anyway), I found it innovative and easy on the fingers, and easy to switch back and forth if need be. Also, I set it up to click the wheel in for for a 5 shot burstfire (so scroll, each registered scroll is a shot making an easy auto, or click in the wheel for a quick burst fire), both of which i've found extremely useful.

Quarian Marksman + Mattock + this = lulz. It's honestly better than the Harrier on him. Marksman + Harrier = little control over the ammo you're sending downwind. With the Mattock, it's a slower RoF but still quite fast and you don't have that in cover stability bug. So, when firing from cover, it's just lolheadshot from across the map.

Used this macro with a Turian soldier and the Eagle today. It was fine until I activated Marksmen spec'd for firing rate, and then it just felt like cheating. The bullets were firing way faster than a human being would be able to click. My teammates probably thought I was cheating, too.

Soo ... no more Turians for me with this on, lol.

TSol with any normal auto weapon feels the same anyways so I would not worry about that. Also TSol + phalanx is megalulz

I fear to lose my chest hair if I use this.

Advice?

It's cheating in the same sense that having a bigger monitor is cheating.

Your hardware gives you an advantage, but you don't break any of the game's rule. You're still not firing a weapon faster than the rules allow, and if BioWare doesn't like it, they ought to change the rules. Plus, I'm not sure if they could actually prove that you're using this.

It is cheating if you are firing faster than a human can reasonably click.

I used a mouse auto-fire macro for the Valkyrie challenge but dialed the ROF down to 200+ from 1,000 600, since that is the rate at which I can click. I do this to save wear and tear on the finger and do not gain any advantage. Using an auto-fire macro without bringing down the ROF is cheating, since it allows a higher DPS than a human can reasonably achieve through manual clicking.
