First let me point out that I am very new and if this belongs in a different forum, please try not to be rude.
Alright so i just bought Dragon Age: Awakening before I beat Origins. I'm almsot done with Awakening and decided to play Origins for a while... but my save isn't there! Only my Awakening save. I was on the Origins disc and everything.
I just got my Xbox and am a video game novice so if i did something obvious that's because I have no idea what's going on...
Did I Do Something Wrong? (Xbox360)

your character in origins and your character in awakening are considered separate characters even if you do import them.
(characters in golems and witch hunt are also separate [and darkspawn chronicles and Leliana's song but you can't import to them] )
Try changing characters and you should find your origins saves

i think the x button changes character files.
i was in the swame boat, only reversed. almost done with origins, decided to try awakening, just because i could. needless to say i experienced mild panic when i didnt initially see my saves from origins.
