The only one I've ever had was the first time I got my harrier, I got it in the same pack I got my first Collector SMG, which if I recall was the first PSP I bought after retaliation's release.
I haven't had an upgrade for the harrier since =/ (My collector smg on the other hand is at IV) It's ok though, I don't really like the harrier now that I've got it.
I did take a screenshot but I don't feel like uploading it lol.
