How do you win this battle.? This Templar is very resistant to damage. and these fanatics, there is like 20 of them. and for some reason they seem to get healed during the fight somehow. It is weird ? how do you beat them ?

The templar is healing them with his buffing ability.
I suggest bringing some Combustion Grenades to this fight. The fanatics all have fairly low health. Also, this is a good fight to bring in two-handed warriors.
