 I'm female, but I'm still pretty far form elite. Decent, is what I would call myself. I'm working on it though. The last 2-3 months I've played so little that my move into gold has been delayed greatly. The few times I've been able to sit down and play I've just wanted to tool around on silver. 
Last couple of weeks have been better though. I've PUG'ed some gold, and managed to be part of a full extraction on platinum today after the guys I was playing with upped the difficulty. (Didn't even end up last in any of my matches today, so that's something. )  Maybe some day I'll be elite. Maybe not. 

If someone feels like helping be along the way (read, carry my bum while I work at sucking less on the higher difficulties :innocent:), I'm on PS3 and my PSN ID is the same as here.

Ehhhh my brain's shot. Too much ME3 at 10 fps... I don't have the energy to be offensive/offended/sexist/feminist/whatever-the-hell-i'm-supposed-to-be-in-response-to-this-thread.

(Also, I find it hard to call myself "elite" when I haven't managed to break 100k once today. Ersa, though, she's elite. :happy:)

Well, I just realized the next page is page six, so 

I mean, I could go on and on about how some of the females I have (and still do) play with on Xbox are elitist jerks that kick me and tell me to go back to Bronze. Or how they always troll me and blow me up with Possessed Abominations any chance they get.

I have played with a few women on Gold. They were great team players too BTW. At least they used gear and consumables(which is better that the PUGs I have been in today). Though they may not be of your playing caliber OP, but they are good IMHO.
