No, it will not.
All EA games release exclusively on Origin.
I shouldn't say this on the internet...but origin isn't that big of a deal. All you have to do is disable all of the marketing features and select offline mode and it's as if it was never there.

That sucks..
I haven't bought any Mass Effect DLCs (for 1 or 2), or Mass Effect 3 because none of them are on steam. I was hoping one day they would come out on steam so I could buy a collector trilogy or something that had all three games with the DLCs, or at the very least collect them all individually on steam.
Their loss I guess...

Once all the DLC is out, then there's a chance that a 'complete' version will be released on Steam.
No, EA games are available on many digital storefronts. Steam is really the only one that the games aren't on due to DLC restrictions.
