I'm giving Dragoons 50% barriers to show that they are organic. 100% armor implies they are not. Plus a layer of barriers would be useful for some classes who can steal them. Also Talon is already used by Guardians. Eviscerator is free.
That makes no sense... Engineers, centurions, and assault troops don't have biotic barriers and they are considered organic. The type of defense has nothing to do with an enemy's status as biological or synthetic, it has to do with the kind of defense they are equipped with. It's really hard to take you seriously when your posts are full of stuff like this.

And Dragoons need to be slowed down OR take cover. Sprinting around the map from one end to another in 3 seconds is BS. One thing is to prevent camping, another thing is not giving you any kind of breathing/recovery room. It's just NOT Cerberus. Cerberus is tactital. Dragoons are not tactical in any way.
Do you play the game? Often people who over simplify arguments and/or grossly exaggerate their case have no clue what is really going on. I really don't know what could possibly be going through your head when you make statements like the above quoted.
Dragoons can't sprint across any of the maps in three seconds. Dragoons are maybe half as fast as players and if you can't use that massive speed difference to get breathing/recovery room it's a problem with your play, not dragoons.
Claiming that Dragoons are not tactical at all is pretty funny too. Do you even know what the word means? It's not a word you usually use to describe a single person because most of the time tactics involve a team of specialists working together. Cerberus is a tactical faction and dragoons are an important part of that.
Cerberus has plenty of troops that take cover and try to suppress players... something that players are way better at doing so until Dragoons cerberus were basically no threat at all to players... they were widely considered the easiest faction to beat and some (myself included) think they still are. Dragoons changed all that and Cerberus went from being laughable to at least threatening. Now the rest of Cerberus has a purpose, they try to keep players pinned down while Dragoons close the distance at which point the dragoons disrupt player lines giving the rest of the faction a chance to be effective.
Dealing with dragoons isn't that difficult even if they have the rest of the cerberus faction covering their advance so long as you are willing to move, which you should be.
Stop demanding a "fix" for dragoons. The only thing that needs to be "fixed" is the way you play the game.
