He doesn't complain about enemies unbeatable. He complained about the cheapness in this game. Its not fun when Geth Rocket Trooper fart 3 rockets to your  face from his butts. Its not fun when your Krogan Sentinel with 4000 shield + health got downed by a single Praetorian laser swoop. Its not fun when the game is more pain than fun. No, Dragoons don't have 50% DR. Neither does any other armored opponent.

 

Doesn't really matter. It still adds up to huge ammounts of DR. And that still makes the Dragoon a lot tougher.

Tbh, I think most of the cheapness comes from lag. The tracking of the enemies is completely ridiculous with more than 100 ms latency.

Exactly. I don't want the game easier. I want it to be fun. If you want we can also buff some enemy HP to compensate.

The on-host Phantom DR kinda sucks, but I'd probably carry something like an acolyte or scorpion anyway. Endless Dragoons can be annoying, basically just an extraction wave issue now though. Geth chain stunlock not particularly fun but I actually don't mind it when they appear on Plat set to other factions. I generally like Reapers and Collectors.

Yep, and now with host doing all the damage and collision calculations it became more blatant.

Any ammount of lag makes this game a chore. Imput lags, damage recieved lags. But even on host it's not that much better. And it's VERY HARD for a non BSN user to tell what's when. When the enemy DR works, when power bubbles come into play, when sync-kill can happen. 

It went from a cute co-op MP game to a fkn disaster.

I also suspect it's the lag. I know the worst games I've been in are the laggiest ones. Although I hear PC players complaing about it more probably due to Origin.

No, he didn't. Nothing, nothing he suggested would reduce the cheapness in the game because it almost all comes from lag.

Furthermore, I don't how many times or ways I have to say it, but I don't care if the OP is Commander Shepard incarnate and has singlehandedly defeated Harbinger in one-on-one combat with only a Predator. He's still wrong.

Perhaps, which is why I didn't have a big issue with reducing the Phantom DR a bit, so long as the other enemies or are buffed to compensate.

- Using Drill Round
- Shot through a wall
- on a GI

You can oneshot her with Claymore only IF
- Using Drill Round
- Shot through a wall
- on a GI

 

Only with a headshot. Only when she's standing or squating in cover. If she's moving - forget about it.
