Seems to me that if you disagree with some of the tier placement, then the op says you don't know what a tier is. Although I thought at first this would be an interesting post, it ends up being worthless.

This is clearly a list made by someone who doesnt play well with most of the characters in this game. So only the geth infiltrator and QMI is godly and the others are so much worse. I saw where you put the turian soldier, valkryie, fury and slayer and just stopped looking.

Its not that hard to make a list where most people agree on but you have successfully made a list that everyone hates lol.

Please someone waste their time making a new list to cover up this mess and bury it in the depths of these forums.

Human Adept is easily 'S' class.

Amazingly versatile, functional and controls units well, including boss types without really faling in any one particular area.

FQE is a great debuffer and has strong synergy with many DPS kits in the right hand. She's nowhere near as useless as many people make her out to be.

I know the Vorcha Hunter isn't the best, but he deserve at least the A tier. If you spec him right, and just drop in incendiary rounds, you'll have fire explosions galore. The submission net helps a lot too. People don't give that kit enough credit.

Sounds like some of you dont understand tier lists. I come from a strictly fighting game background for the most part so tiers are the norm. First off, just because a good player can make an ok kit look good does not mean its S tier. Second, S tier IS god tier. Third, B tier is not bad people. Just because you have a list that only goes to C tier, does not mean anything lower than A is bad. It actually means the game has a decent balance. Now if a game goes to D and lower tiers aka trash tier....than yeah. But B is decent. Tiers originated from fighting games but some people, COD derpz and the like, confuse alot of stuff for people who dont know what its meaning is.

soooo....what you are trying to say? i mean...in regards to this particular case of "Tier or not to Tier"  ?

i disagree with the list.....mostly cuz everytime Himegoto comes out with a "tier list" it is extremely evident bias exists...especially reading some of his other threads...rather the guides he creates.  It is a opinion list...so i would object with just about any so called "tier list" ANYONE else decided to post. They are no more legitimate than if i did one myself...cuz i would put the classes i do well with and the ones I (me, myself) think are uber in the better side of the list. with the ones i dont like or dont do well with lower. i would try to be fair....but it never turns out that in the end

Well youre right about one thing. You cant have any bias for a tier list. It has to all be based from the characters true potential in any given situation. I never said I agreed with his tier listing though a good amount of it I do. But some one the posters kept saying stuff like "Well I do well with the Tsol so how is he not top tier". Thats not what a true tier list is. Player skill can make any character in any game look good no matter how trash it is. But the character still falls FAR behind the rest (not talking about the Tsol). For this game in particular though, the tier list should not include kits using consumeables. The characters potential is how its suppose to be. Stats, powers, flexibility etc. And survival does not come into play on squishy characters either if their dmg and options far outweigh the squishy factor aka pixie characters( MvC2 Magneto).Point is though, cant be biased and the majority must agree with most of the list for it to be official. This list was made by one person so its mostly opinion.

Drell Infiltrator = QMI. Hands down. Just because you don't 'like' homing grenades doesn't change that. They have the same powers: a debuff, a grenade that does DoT (tech burstable), cloak.

Slayer might be S class, that's a debatable one since you have to be host as any lag hurts so much. But if slayer isn't S class, then neither is the Paladin.

Honestly, the best thing anyone can do at this point is let this thread die. It's worthless as anything other than himegoto's opinions, for which he seems to have no basis.

What does this have to do with the paladin? Paladin is the premier tech class in the game. It has no bad match ups, works with almost any weapon, best debuffer in the game, best tech synergy in the game, best melee in the game, excellent survivability. 

Paladin is a god teir character that no one plays.

I also come from a strictly fighting game background, that's why I think Tier lists in a cooperative game are crap, mainly because this characters doesn't fight each other, you don't have the tournament data to actually see what character have the best matchups of all roster.

Here, a tier list is based only in personal opinion.

Batguard plays just like kroguard except it can be staggered by four enemies. I would also put the drell infiltrator in god tier. I mean you can spec him for damage, spam both grenades and then shoot to break cloak. He's rediculously OP and will probably be nerfed soon. I agree about the huntress. Her lack of a weapon damage multiplier puts her below the other infiltrators IMHO

Lots of disagreement here, but it's 'your' tier list, which it could be subjective.
Also, nice to see someone to share his own ideas and discuss about them, can be very interesting.
