 Ok, so I just redeemed my code from Paragon Lost for my "bonus multiplayer items". However, I have no idea what the items are or how to retrieve them. 

When I entered the code form the included card, I was given the following message (pasted below). It looks like it was successful. However my ME3 multiplayer character does not show any new items or equipment. Furthermore, if I go to the Store within multiplayer there are no new packs available to redeem or purchase.

Does anyone have any ideas? I would like to resolve this soon because the card says it expires on December 31, 2012 which is in a couple of days. (Seeing how the movie was released today, that seems lilke an awfully short window by the way).

Yah the Collectible pack is indeed the one you get from Paragon Lost and we set it up this afternoon.

I did see the threads over the break and was unable to do anything about it until yesterday.
