Does anyone have any guidance on how to resolve this issue, or is the best course of action to open a support ticket?

I think I was happier not knowing this thing existed.

The squad is accompanied by asari anthropologist Treeya [...]Treeya leads the group to the site of an ancient Prothean communication system, which she uses to contact her mentor, Liara T'Soni.

which she uses to contact her mentor, Liara T'Soni.

her mentor, Liara T'Soni.

Hey, you know. 108 year old Liara T'Soni.

She was born on Thessia in 2077, making her "only" 106—little more than a child in asari terms.

She is somebody's mentor.

Ahhh, I remember when I was 18, and I had an apprentice! Yes, that youngling sure looked up to me for guidance!

I just bought the movie from PSN yesterday, but when I tried to download it I got a message that says I have to deactivate(or something like that) my old phat PS3, since I am using a slim because my old PS3 can't read disks anymore. Can anyone give me any tips on what to do?

No updates from my end. I did end up opening a support ticket, but no response yet. I will reply back when I have more information from Bioware.

Yes, yes. Liara is a child for an asari, only two years older than her apprentice too. And yet she is the goddamn Shadow Broker and helped save the galaxy twice.

It's cool, she can have an apprentice, that's exactly how badass she is.

I had the exact same issue. I also had/am having the same issue with the code that came with the Shepard mimobot from bioware store. I've been in contact with EA customer service for a couple weeks trying to get that figured out. I'm not terribly hopeful that this will get fixed and that's crap because we're not getting something we paid for.

The only thing I can think of is that there is a disconnect between the origin registered content and your xbl or psn profile.

Here is the response I received (below). Basically they are saying they won't do anything and to keep watching the social network site for a resolution. A complete "blow off" tactic...

As this is fraudulent behavior for a company (false advertisement, item not as described) I will continue to pursue this until I have a reasonable resolution. I'm assuming a fair percentage of people (like myself) bought this movie primarily for the in-game bonus items which did not happen.

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts.
I have reviewed your email and it has come to my attention that you are experiencing issue finding in-game contents for Paragon Lost movie. I appreciate your email pointing out this. Actually, few player's have reported this earlier and our developer's are aware of this. We have reported this to our concern team for review. Thank you for your time and patience reporting this issue.

For the time please clear cache of game and then check In game contents again. To clear cache follow the steps mentioned at the below given link: http://support.micro....com/kb/971755

For further information please keep your eyes on Bioware Social network site: https://social.biowa...ntitlements.php

If you have any further questions or concerns please reply to this email or visit our extensive knowledge base online at http://help.ea.com.

Thank you,Electronic Arts – World Wide Customer Experience

Oh, and the funny thing is this support rep sent me instructions on how to clear the cache of my Xbox.

I don't have an Xbox, I play Mass Effect 3 on PC.

Answer to anything from EA support is clear your cache (probably Macro #1 on standard responses), then if that doesn't work they'll tell you to do a complete reinstall of the game. I haven't yet had them suggest I reformat my computer, but I'm sure that's on the standard script somewhere.

But at least there's some mention that devs know - and the email looks hand-written (typos) so maybe we'll hear more soon.

As long as she's not teaching people how to fight - her biotics are wimpy and gunplay skills even worse - it's cool. She is a top archeologist... and as was mentioned, the f***ing Shadow Broker. Do you think every Shep keeps her around only for the blue boobs?

I just "redeemed" my code and noticed what the problem is. While it said, "Code successfully redeemed," the description was "Unrecognized Item." Hopefully we will hear something when Bioware gets back from holiday.

*Edited for exact terminology.

anime was pretty much what was expected. explained a tiny bit about vega (more than the comic, his was horrible). no item, so tagging this thread to hopefully remember to check for a resolution.

I think the goodies are just a 10 minute preview of the movie and like an interview with the dude that does vega's voice. I didn't see any bonus MP content on the Paragon Lost website.

The Blu-Ray comes with a card that says:

"THANK YOU FOR PURCHASING AN OFFICIAL BIOWARE PRODUCT. PLEASE REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT WITH YOUR UNIQUE CODE ON: HTTP://SOCIAL.BIOWARE.COM/REDEEM" FOR ACCESS TO BONUS MULTIPLAYER ITMES

XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

PRODUCT REGISTRATION REQUIRES AN INTERNET CONNECTION AND AN EA ORIGIN ACCOUNT. EXPIRES DECEMBER 31, 2012."

However, when I redeemed the code I don't see anything in the Store within ME3 Multiplayer or anythign else new.

Any suggestions appreciated.

That expiry date was completely fair >_> I haven't even recieved my copy yet and I preordered a LONG time ago >_>
