I have also redeemed an "Unrecognized item" with the Paragon Lost code, though I'm not too worried about it.

I went to redeem this code today (despite the expiration date- which is a load of crap, by the way). It let me redeem it, and I received the "unrecognized item" message as well. Here's to hoping they resolve this issue soon!

I had the movie the day it came out but didn't even realize there was a code until a friend mentioned it today. This friend is also experiencing the same exact issue.

Yah the Collectible pack is indeed the one you get from Paragon Lost and we set it up this afternoon.

I did see the threads over the break and was unable to do anything about it until yesterday.

That is a pretty bad bonus. Although the argument could be made that you should be buying the product for the movie, which is the purchase price, and you get an item tossed in for, er, free. Your enjoyment of the product shouldn't be based on what GWP you get.

I just purchased my copy of Paragon Lost on bluray from Best Buy. The code is blank. I saw one other person with this problem. How do I solve this? Help!
