Actually, no, it's a glorified Recruit Pack.  Vet Packs are better than this.

But guys, guys! Strength Enhancers! Just think of what we can accomplish!

If my head is working, a Veteran pack (via points) is approx $1... and this looks like a vet pack equivalent. DVD was $15 and Blu-ray was $20 on Amazon, so that's either 7% or 5% of cover price.

I just hope that percentage went straight to the MP team, and if not, they should demand their cut of the royalties

Edit: note that I have maxed all but URs in my manifest, others may get better results

I redeemed my code after the 31st and was still able to get the collectible pack.

But all I received in it was 3 ops packs, assault rifle amp II, assault rifle amp I, and Warp rounds III.

You know, I probably would have been happy with some cyclonic modulators or incendiary ammo. *sigh*

Oh well...

Edit: None of my URs are maxed out.

Liklihood of a UR seems very low to me, as the final item is a Silver consumable.  If it had been a Gold Level IV consumable, then I would have had a lot more hope that a UR drop was possible.  You probably just get a random Gold card if you're not maxed.

yeah im usually pretty good with whatever bioware decides to do with stuff, but I have to admit, this made me sad face. I LOVED the movie, but the pack, not so much. would have been nice to get a promo weapon upgrade, or medigel/rocket/ops pack upgrade, or something.

But, like anything else, if something is made easily available, then it can be taken advantage of or stolen and cause all kinds of problems.

Yeah....this was pretty ridiculous. I finally got the Collectible pack as well, and I think I got some Explosive Ammo I, Medi-Gel, a rock, and a used condom.

I'm done spending time with this nonsense.

The image of the pack and the short description of the pack are both better than the pack's contents. That looks to be the same pack you got with the action figure code.

That's the saddest promotional thing I've ever seen.

Does Bioware not realize how many extra copies of that stupid animu they could sell if it came with a free guaranteed Ultra Rare? What a wasted oportunity on their part.
