Are Scandinavians born with English dictionaries or something?
Scandinavian languages are very similar to English, so I guess it's easier for us to pick it up compared to other langauages. Also, in Norway at least, kids now start learning English in school at a very young age. (We started late back when I was in school, but I've heard they start really early now.)

I started out with Norwegian, but over the years I've become more proficient in English than I ever was in Norwegian. (Except maybe when it comes to pronunciation.)
Same here. I am Greek and then moved and lived in many European countries while I was a child and then again with work, so I understand an awful lot when I travel In Europe, but can speak only a tiny amount in each language and write nothing in many lanaguages lol.... English is by far my best or even natural language now because I studied it like mad when I finally ended up in UK and don't travel like I used to.... (One of my jobs is ESoL teacher now *laughing* ).
Speaking of which...

Speak English since Nov. 2011. Does that mean you just started learning it then?
....
No, that's when I finished a course of english, I started to study english since February 2011
At a time
On a day / date
In a month / year / period
...Are useful guidelines.... *grinning*
Since goes with that horrible present perfect stuff, so it would have to be "I have been studying / have studied English since February" (or "I started to study in February" would work too)
Present perfect and prepositions.. way worse than Collectors or Geth stunlock *grin*
Have fun

Well, that much I figured. English is kinda the village bicycle in Europe, every other language has had a go at her. So English is pretty adaptable that way.
