I named the 3rd one I unlocked, Vain.  But I suppose I really should change it to Greed.

Rollie Pollie is another good name for the volus.

I named my original two Volus' "Pooh Bear" and "Danny Devito". Once I got the Volus Protector, I named him "Rudy" because my buddy and I rolled (heh...pun) two VolProtectors, one red, one green, for Christmas. Mine was red, so I named him after Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer. Stupid? Yes. Fun? Also yes.

I have too much fun naming these fools.

Since I am learning Icelandic, I give my characters Icelandic names to speed up learning of words outside of normal conversation.

Volus Merc: Lítið Hjálpar (Little Helper)
Volus Engineer: Litla Spregingu (roughly, Little Bombardier)
Volus Adept: Lítið Blátt Máttur (Little Blue Power)

I don't have the vanguard yet, but I intend on something very dangerous-sounding, like 'little score-hog'.

Haven't played with the vanguard, but named my engineer Dorian, my adept Brodrick, and my sentinel Blythe. I'll probably call my vanguard ThunderButt.
