don't think this is spoilers so...
Is there any mod to tone down blood wound? Playing on nightmare i know but there is a fight that is...mechanically impossible as unless i somehow scatter in 1 second. As when he uses blood wound 2-3 of my party are stunned for 10 seconds while they take damage...so..anything out there? This spell just seems too overpowered even for nightmare.
Any mod to tone down blood wound?

Blood wound? Do enemies use blood wound in origins? Which fight are you referring to? May be if you post in the gameplay section with spoilers, it would be convenient.

Apparently...Its during a mission for the mages collective...Going into a house and flushing out some blood mages. Just kinda casts and screws over the fight...I just might have to turn down the difficulty =(

Only horses are neigh impossible...
As for the abandoned warehouse, Alistair in resistance armour (templar commander?) helps tremendously. Also, positioning helps. A glyph of repulsion at the doorway will restrict the ability of the mage and his pals to pass. Alistair can disrupt and stun the boss mage. A glyph of neutralization will remove all magical effects from anyone within it, so make sure that all the non-Alistair party members are near each other.
It's not 100% surefire, but it all helps.

I Found an easy way through the Mage tower though...just spamming tempest/earthquake and closing the door.

I've never had those guys cast blood wound on me, or any NPCs at all for that matter. Are you using any mods?

Using the improved AI Mod, but i don't think it should add any spells.
