The Asari dodge staggers and damages enemies, is the fastest in the game, etc. No other reason.

I'm disturbed by wall teleports, so i can't rate them. I can vorcha-dodge a whole map crab-style, but i still prefer the asari-dodge, because of how the mechanics seems to work: you're not considered at your destination before the animation has ended (or been canceled by another dodge) for incoming projectiles/melee/magnet hand.
Since the vorcha-dodge animation is longer, that can be troublesome. Besides the shield-drain, the asari-dodge is the best when reacting.

Enemies still track you when you teleport, it's a bad dodge.


If you teleport where they can't see you they don't. They behave like if you cloaked and go "WTF?".

Link put it right, it's the dodge which gets the most time to get accustomed to, the one with the steepest learning curve. But once you learn how to use it right... :o

The asari dodge is the noobcannon of dodges :lol:

Asari shield drain is negligible in comparison to it's utility.

I'm sure we have all seen 'danger-close' style justicars and Valkyries do STUPID things (run into a geth swarm or between two scions etc) throw up their bubble/warp their targets, and slide out like tony hawk with a hover board....

Just too damn cool

Asari is my favourite by far. Fury/Slayer teleport is second. Vorcha is also good. The combat roll is decent, as is the drell. Don't like the jetpacks myself.

1. Drell (Very fast, little recovery time, DR)
2. Asari (Extremely fast with little to no recovery time)
3. Turian Armiger (Travel a long distance quickly)
4. Vorcha (Fast, little recovery time)
5. Fury/Slayer (Teleports through walls)
Then anything with a side hop and finally anything with a combat role.

1. Slayer/Fury - I can't say how many times i've charged a scion,Banshee or a Brute and successfully teleported away without being grabbed by any of these bosses.

On another note, i'm not really a fan of the Turian Havoc side floaty dodge....it looks cool and everything, but at certain times his dodge has been detrimental to me getting away than actually being useful....i still like him tho...i just wish he was a vanguard.

I think the best dodge now is the Turian stimpack. It saved my ass more times than I can rmember

Krogan & Batarians are unrivaled: They dodge by killing enemies in front of them. They remind me of Charles Barkley: "If you can't go over them, go through them!" I like that, so those to races are out of comparison, because their "dodge" kills ;)

Otherwise:

1. Volus
2. Drell
3. Quarian jiggly-bum
4. Vorcha
5. Human

I really dislike the Asari dodge, I don't find it that helpful.
Also the Jetpack-Turians are a P.I.T.A. because their dodge is way to long and unpredictable
Same goes for the teleporting-dodges,

Fury/Slayer dodges are useful, but a little on the slow side if you ask me. If a Brute is charging you, there's not a lot you can do.

A Vorcha's dodge is pretty damn quick AND covers a huge distance. Best move in the game. Efficiency-wise I mean, because when it comes to style, no one can beat a Drell. :D
