I read on the wiki that you should have the option of recruiting the blood mage on the 2nd floor of the COM tower into your army but i cant seem to get the dialogue choice for that. Anyone know which dialogue choices you need to get that option??

Not one of the eligible companions. I think the only way you can get a Blood Mage into your party is for your Mage Hero to become a Blood Mage. And, I also believe, you have to make that decision during your Origin story. (Wouldn't be surprised if I'm wrong, so take this with a grain of salt.)

Yes you get the option of doing so... I had liliana and alistair in the party and both were arguing for and against recruiting her. I told them to both shut up and a few text lines later I was able to recruit her. I looked for her later but did not see her. Granted I did not actually finnish the game with that origin so I am not sure of its effect

No thats not what i meant not in my party, im talking about recruiting the blood mage that you talk to on the 2nd floor of the COM tower into the mage army that you get when you finish the Broken Circle quest. The wiki says it can be done but i have tried several of the dialogue options but it either makes me kill her or let her go havent gotten the option to recruit her into the mage army.

Ahh! Sort of like recruiting the Legion of the Dead to get into the Dwarven fighter mix for the endgame.
Hmm. Would that even be possible? Having been revealed as a Blood Mage, how could she get into the Chantry-approved mix of Mages being sent to join the army? I'd think the "shoot on sight orders" would block that from happening.

I think it is misworded. what it should mean is:
"Kill her, help her escape, or allow her to repent by helping the mages". I.e. she just helps cleanse the circle of the abominations.

Well, it does seem like there are some known blood mages in the Circle Tower. Well, at least one in my latest playtrough.
I'm not sure if it was possible pre-patch, but in my latest playtrough I managed to get Jowan released from Redcliffe to the custody of the Circle Tower (after curing Arl Aemon).

I would love to recruit Jowan. On this playthrough I plan to kill Wynne and all the mages in the tower... So [spoiler alert] when I don't sleep with morrigan at the end I wont have a mage to fight the final battles...[end spoiler]

I hate the bwitch morrigan. She's too useful to get rid of in the end game. Maker knows what she has planned... I just don't trust her. I'm so use to playing with her; she gets half of the good spells and I get the other half. Then it's darkspawn hunting season.

I am also curious about this conversation. In my latest play-through after fighting the bloodmage. I picked the option to let her live and told her to help fight dark-spawn. I then told her to hide and then go wait at my camp. Later however I sided with the Templar so I have no idea if she escaped or not. Does anyone know if she ever shows up at your camp?

I always waste her before she tries explaining about how the templars are always watching blah blah blah.

I did it once too but I can't seem to be able to do it again. I know the first time I did it I had Alistair, Leliana and Wynne in my party. The option to recruit her happened after the two of them argued. I can't seem to get that dialogue option again though in this play through.

You can spare her and have her go downstairs. You can then see her and another Blood Mage down there later talking about helping the circle against the Blight. That's about the extent of what you get out of that. They don't show up in the final battle, unless I just didn't notice.
