Oh boy, if I had security clearance to an EA office...just thinking about all the **** and nerves I lost due to all the disconnects...I'd probably pour some vinegar in their AC unit. 

I was getting real close to that while the RNG was refusing to give me a Harrier. Lucky for this place it has nothing to do with Mass Effect or the EA servers that Mass Effect uses.

And I train all the new outside sales reps (we go through a lot, LOL) on our various computer programs so that our poor IT guy can actually focus on the real issues.
