 Hi!

I recently brought Mass Effect 1 on the PS3, played through and romanced Kaidan, when I imported my saved campaign over to Mass Effect 2, Liara appears in the opening cutscene instead of Kaidan...I am a little confused, is there a glitch in the game? I'm a little disappointed as I worked hard to develop the relationship and wanted it to carry through to the other games!

No glitch. IIRC Liara always appeared here in the PS3 version of ME2 when there was no ME1, so it seems likely that she still does regardless of whether she was the love interest or someone else was or if there wasn't one. The simple way to check - and here I'm assuming that the PS3 version is the same as the other two platforms - is once you've got the Normandy, run up to Shepard's cabin and look on the desk. In the corner opposite the door to the bathroom should be a picture frame. It'll be black from a distance but if you have Shepard approach it then it should automatically switch on to show a picture of your Shepard's love interest, in your case Kaiden.

Thanks for the info, as you said when I went up to Shepard's cabin the picture frame was there with Kaidan's image! Panic over lol!
