Clicking on the properties tab for an area results in the ol' crashing tab behavior. Properties tabs for scripts, conversations etc working fine. Creating a new blank area in a new test module and the properties tab worked fine. The problem was a messed up loadscreens hak, once I restored from my known good hak, problem solved.
edit: I think what messed up the hak was that I was editing it with nwnpacker, and didn't realize I still had the module open in the toolset in a minimized window, so I was editing it while it was in use.
