.... You destroy Thedas, or some how cripple its social structure, and you expect that to be carried over to the next game?
Assuming there will be a next game...
Well...make the next game started..."...somehow, the world was destroyed anyway, but from ashes the phoenix rise again..." if the hero save the world before
If the hero destroy the world, just start the game with "...the world was destroyed, but from the ashes, phoenix rise again..."
It is like DA2 ending...no matter side with Circle Mage or Templar, the result is the same....so why not make it if save the world or not, the world destoryed anyway in the next game?

But they don't so I'm not sure what your point is.
Surely you must be kidding, BioWare's games are an idealist's paradise with third options galore.

Until Anders got genre savvy and blew up the Chantry with the specific intent to remove one.

Sounds like Morrigan/Flemeth's agenda.
They are my favorite characters for good reasons.
And why must we oppose them? Please don't force us to oppose them like we're forced to oppose TIM in ME3.
Siding with Morrigan or Flemeth sounds interesting.

Sure but then the game sends Hawks and Warden who team up and beat the **** out of you.
What if my Warden left through the Eluvian with Morrigan? He's already sided with Morrigan.

Because that would be tieing the noose around BioWare's next. I'm trying to be objective here, since I'm not one to think that consequences are fundementals of roleplaying. Rather, the choice of destroying the world says what your character is like. But I digress. Since BioWare like to PR a C&C (choice and consequence) heavy game, that would be a lie. And since BioWare's reputation (and with it, survivability) is at an all time low, that would be fatal to BioWare's existence. The more they ****** off people, the less they sell their stuff. Of course, people will always be pissed of, it's unavoidable, but just think this: ME3 ending 2.0.

In a sense. The Warden goes in because [insert individual's motive] not because he intends to destroy the world. I don't think there is enough information to make that kind of assumption.
