So far we have the following objectives in multiplayer:
-eliminate
-escort
-upload
-recover
-disable/enable
10 waves, which of 3 are objectives, 4 with the 11 wave.
The objectives are fun, the hazard mode is really nice, but in the long run, this can get a bit boring..
Why not come up with something entirely new?, not just characters, weapons, powers, maps and so on, but a completly new gametype ?
Something without the waves? maybe a race against time, evacuate/defend?
- 15 mins to hold out against incoming enemies, no waves, the enemy just keep coming
- 3 bases/POI's to defend
- If you lose one, fall back to the second
- If you lose all three, game over
- 5 mins, harder enemies
- 10 mins more enemies
- 15 mins more/harder enemies
larger squad, 5 man team?
Something to help you defend, deployable turrets, mines ?
This would ofc mean that the map(s) would be alot larger to fit larger squads,three bases, and all the enemies, but i for sure would like to see something more than just the waves ^^
suggestions ? ideas for more game types ?
