 Hello,

I have a WAR account that I had from launch that i was trying to reactivate.  In the process it makes you merge your WAR account with my EA account.  I can log into the Bioware/Mythic WAR site and get to account management but I cant see any of my characters.  

I have emailed support a bunch of times and they keep telling me they found my characters and I should be able to see them when I log into the account but when i goto the settings page that allows you to transer/copy characters I dont see any of my characters listed.

I dont understand why the accounts had to be merged and also it seems after the accounts were merged all my old account info was lost.

HOW DO I GET MY CHARACTERS BACK? 

PLEASE HELP.
